Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JRJohn Richards5 days ago1.0Went on may 12th my wife is retiring school teacher and has lost a considerable amount of weight ! She had a tough day. I was shocked when she said I need a Whataburger! I told her I would go thru the drive thru because we have never gotten an order right! She agreed to go with me. Got in drive thru the only car and waited a rude young man takes the order for one item and clicks off before taking the second item! We drove around and went inside the young lady inside did not want to deal with us and stood in between the kitchen and lobby. I told her to tell her boss we were going to Braun’s. No comment So sad! !

- FCFTB CozyMay 10, 20262.0Agree with the sentiment that the restaurant was far better when it opened. It had gotten much slower and the last few times I’ve been the food has been much worse. The last time I went, I got a shake and a chicken strip sandwich that were both bad enough I didn’t finish either.

Take y’all’s business elsewhere, this location is trash 🚮 long waits, burgers that are obviously sitting on a warmer and not fresh at all. Over salted fries and workers loosing it or being rude and lazy. Never getting another dollar from me.
