Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Literally waited 15 minutes behind a car in the drive through and as I roll my window down I realize they haven’t even taken that persons order. I decide to park and order inside just to see the 2 people working drive through just chatting it up with each other and having conversations with customers. Behind me in the drive through there were 7 cars plus the one in front just waiting while they were having a laughing conversation inside. GGs

My order was a junior bacon cheeseburger , honey bbq chicken strip sandwich with onion rings and root beer. They were out of junior patties so had to get full size. The hamburger was extremely salty, not eatable. The honey. BBQ chicken was burned and full of old grease. The root beer had a very odd flavor and smell so it had to be thrown out. The onion rings were the only good thing. $23.00 spent for nothing.

I used the drive thru this evening to grab dinner for my family. Three adults. I ordered, paid, and left only to find that when I got home to Coweta I was missing an entire meal of my order (chicken sandwich and large fry). I called right away and the manager questioned my order and reported he made it and didn’t know where it went. He asked for a receipt which I did not have other than the one on the bag. I told him I would like to come get what I was missing and told him what it was. He said he would make it and apologized. Once I arrived from Coweta which is 10-15 minutes from the store it was still not ready for me. I had to wait 8-10 minutes additional for my order. The sandwich I came to get was hot but the fries were cold when I received them. Now that I am home, my meal is cold and soggy. I appreciate the remake but this is unacceptable. I worked in the restaurant business for 12 years as a shift manager and server. I would have never made someone wait or questioned them. Disappointed.
