I would like to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment.
I went to pick up an order for my daughter. The app indicated that the order was ready, but when I arrived, it was not on the pickup counter. Since all of the employees were busy, I waited until someone was available to help me.
An older African American female employee approached me, and I asked if order was ready. She looked me up and down with a dismissive attitude and simply replied, "I don't know." Without making any effort to check on my order or assist me, she immediately began helping the customer behind me, completely ignoring me.
After waiting longer, another younger employee helped me. I gave her the name on the order and explained that I had already tried to get assistance but had been ignored by the other employee.
At that moment, the older African American employee grabbed my order and dropped it onto the counter in a disrespectful manner. I asked, "Is this my order?" Her attitude made me feel as though she was mocking me because English is not my first language. On top of that, the way she threw my food onto the counter was completely disrespectful.
I asked for her name so I could identify her, but she repeatedly refused, saying, "No, no, no." The other employees also refused to provide her name.
I told her that her customer service was terrible and that the way she treated me was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
My family and I are frequent customers of your company, but this experience has completely changed our desire to return. I expect your company to investigate this incident, identify the employee involved, and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer is treated this way.

I went to pick up an order for my daughter. The order said it was ready but it wasn't on the PU counter. All of the employees were busy. I did the proper thing, wait for them to not be busy and wait. This employee comes (older black lady) she asked me what I wanted. I asked her "is the order ready for Graceangeliz?" She looked at me up a down with a mean look and told me "I don't know". Then she continued with the person behind me without taking care of me. After that I waited for a few. There was another American younger woman. And I told her I needed help for my order. I told her the order name, and I told her what happened with the other employee and that I was being ignored. In that moment, the black older lady, took the order and slammed it on the counter. I asked her "is this my order?" (I felt like she was mocking me for having broken English.) She said "yes". Then said "excuse me, what's your name!" And she did not want to give it to me and said "no, no, no. " The other employees also didn't wanna give me her name. I told her that her customer service was very bad and I felt attacked. I hope that you as a company take matter into your hands and deal with this employee. We are not frequent customers but this experience made us not want to return.

Ordered a quesadilla and it wasn’t even warm. Had already gotten home with it and didn’t want to drive back. How do you make a cold quesadilla? It was basically cold shredded cheese and chicken on a tortilla. Smoothies were good at least.
Was in the area and stopped in for a quick snack. The PB banana crunch flatbread is fantastic. Wash it down with a strawberry banana smoothie. Seems good and healthy.
Order on the app, its cheaper. Went through the drive-thru. And said the pair and save with a smoothie and 2 snack rolls. Kayla at the window rang up separately and I asked if she could break it down as I was expecting $14.60 from the total i saw on the app of my exact order. Instead of qickly correcting it, she just asks if I wanted to speak to the manager. Line was long and there was no need to speak to a manager. I know $3 and some change is not much but ring up how the customer says as "pair and save" is different than ringing it up separately.
