    Trust me go somewhere else, they’ll mess your order up and it won’t be hot. The meat was so cold the cheese was still cold and hard. They’re spending their time outside smoking and on the phone. Waited almost 10 minutes for that garbage. Save yourself.

    I’ve never met people so unhappy to do their job. They ring up the order right but then don’t make it right. My daughter had a burnt croissant the size of my palm with 1 tiny burnt piece of bacon. When I said something she acted like she was bothered by it after she made our drink wrong. Sorry I just spent $9 on this meal I want to be able to enjoy it.

    Only 2 stalls that work. They've left the others broken on purpose. Easier to manage 2 stalls and drive thru. Been broken over 6 months. Ironic for a company that makes so much money lol

    This was probably my second worst visit to a sonic, I’ve never had an issue with this location but I was pretty let down today. I ordered a sonic blast with m&ms. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and soft serve with m&ms has been a huge craving for me. Today I indulged at sonic, originally opting for a stall, the one I pulled up to was broken so I moved to the drive thru thinking this would be a slightly faster option. I ordered my sonic blast and a route 44 water. I handed my ice cream to my hubby and set my water in the drink holder while waiting for my card back. After I get my card my hubby hands back my ice cream and the m&ms are not even mixed into the ice cream most of them are on top and the cup isn’t even full of soft serve. Alit if times you can’t take the plastic lid off because the ice cream is so high in the cup. I was obviously very disappointed but we had errands to run and I wasn’t in the mood to go back and complain. My hubby stirred in the m&ms and ended up breaking the spoon as the soft serve was so stiff from not being actually mixed. Yall killed my mood today. I’ve never had ice cream make me sad but this one sure as hell did. Do better sonic!
