  I wish there was an option for zero stars. I just spent the past 23 minutes waiting on two chicken wraps, 9 minutes ago I asked for a refund, but then the CarHop told me a few minutes later that it was being worked on and the kitchen and that it would be done before a refund would be able to take place. Come to find out no actually they were refunding it, however I waited for 9 more minutes past that point because the CarHop told me that they were making the chicken wraps. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. It was the manager that was working in the kitchen, I want so many cars come and go come and go. Wasted over 20 minutes of my time I just am dumbfounded. I would highly recommend against going to this location. If you do go to this location though I would go through the drive-thru

  The person working taking orders was across the street so I had to wait for them to get back and take my order. Then I order a double cheese burger and it was brought out with egg on it! Can honestly say it’s the worst sonic I have ever experienced.
