  Took forever to get food, had to walk to the door just to get caught the card back because their reader at the kiosk didnt work

  So we decided to try this Sonic again since years before it was one of the slowest places to get fast food and get the order correct. Well, nothings changed. Food still takes a very long time. Our order was someone else’s? We got double patty hamburgers which we didn’t order, cheese tater tots which we didn’t order and the cheese was still in its square shape, hadn’t even melted…gross!

  I never leave bad reviews. This experience was not great. Waited for 10 minutes just for someone to drive up next to me, order, and get their drinks before they even took mine. I then switched stalls, took them 10 extra minutes to get my small drink out.

  I went there for thier smash burger special. I sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes, just to get a refund because I couldnt wait any longer.

  30 minute wait for two corn dogs. Happens every time. Always do the drive through, never mobile
