  We ordered ahead 2 drinks, nothing fancy. 28 MINUTES! It took 28 minutes for 2 drinks. I dont blame the one car hop that was doing his best, I blame the management that should have been out there helping. Having worked in the service industry before, it really is that simple. Come on Sonic, please do better.

  Holy Moly! Was told a 10-15 wait. After 30 minutes I pushed the button. Was told they only had one carhop and be patient. 2 burgers and tots. 40 minutes lol If you can’t do a job then find some help that can. Unacceptable.

  Food quality has gone down in recent years. Im disappointed every time i order a burger. If you go get drinks.

  I placed a simple order of two corn dogs and tots at 4:26pm, thinking it’d be okay to order something quick from here. BIG MISTAKE. I am placing this review awaiting my food as now it is 5:10pm and no one could give a dang. Almost 50 minutes for three items is egregious, even for Sonic. Will not come back and will not recommend. Couldn’t even get my money back. My time is worth more.

  I have always enjoyed coming to this sonic but today I pull up and before I can order. The lady comes on the intercom and says I just want you to know it’s gonna be at least a 15 minute wait. I said I only want to get a Coke. She said it’ll still be a 15 minute wait. This is horrible customer service that you can’t even get a Coke. Extremely disappointed!!!
