    SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Me and my family just left this establishment literally 30 minutes ago. When we arrived we tried to order, but the intercom was messed up so a server came to us. When she got to the car she wrote down our whole order (I WATCHED HER) and said that she will get it right out. We waited about 30 minutes and which was not a problem because it was fairly busy and we had 3 meals. Well after waiting 30 minutes a different female server comes out with only 1 meal. We told her that there should have been 3 meals and that her coworker had to write it down. She proceeded to retake the other two orders and said she would have it right out. Well after she left my fiancé noticed that he was missing a fry and when he bit into his burger it was SOGGY and a contained an ingredient that was not suppose to be on the burger. The order board was still not working so I had to get out the car and walk to the building. While doing so I was met halfway by the male manager. I informed him what happened and he said he would fix it. He was very polite at first and I asked him if he could bring the order and I would tip. After waiting 25 more minutes the second female server that helped us comes out with TWO of our orders and one was still missing a fry. We let her know that we were missing an order and that her manager said he would remake it. She acted as if she didn’t know what was going on and said she would go speak with her manager. After waiting another 15 minute the manager comes with the order which was STILL INCORRECT. I let him know that I was missing a fry and he said that I didn’t order one even though I had the receipt. He then said that he could charge me for a fry. I met him know that I wasn’t going to pay for another fry. When I told him about the servers that helped us all he said was “okay what else about your order?” I will never go here again!!

    This is one of the worst Sonics I have ever dealt with. The week day crew is better but the weekend crew is awful. We ordered two drinks on the app 5 min before we left the house. We get to sonic realize they are super busy check in and waited another 10min. We buzzed because at this time it is no longer on the screen. The lady rudely said you are checked in and hung up before we could ask anything else. We waited another 10 minutes and still had nothing. Supposedly there was only one car hop working even though we saw two going around. We waited over 40 minutes and still nothing. We tried to talk to them again the same lady cut us off. We hit the button again and she finally sent a manager out. Instead of giving us two drinks they just said they are busy with one car hop. I said there is two. She argued even though they were both going. We asked for our money back and some coupons. She gave us coupons that expired in 2023 for a medium and we ordered larges. The level of customer service was the worst i have ever seen from any other. Very disappointed, especially not just from the employees but the manager. There was people inside they should have had everyones orders out so much faster.

    Scott Van Loo Yesterday evening, May 30th, my wife and I stopped at your location on South Elm in Broken Arrow. After placing our order our food came out promptly. But, the order was missing a large Coke. The male server said he would be right back with it. 15 minutes later a female server brought us our coke. I questioned her about the amount of time it took along with the fact that I gave the previous server a $1 tip. Her response, “My manager will be right out to talk to you!”. She did not leave the coke, just turn and went back inside. There were 2 other customers that they served during that 15 minutes. After 10 More minutes, I called and asked what was taking so long? The same server said, “ we are busy!”. My wife and I left. We were not asking for much, just our order to be completed. Being an owner of a small business I understand that it is difficult to obtain and retain good help. But, the attitude and customer service by your staff was absolutely terrible! With so many choices in fast food, you need to have your staff better trained.

    This used to be our favorite Sonic and we avoid it now. The last visit the guy taking my husband’s order was so rude it was almost unbelievable. We ended up calling into actual corporate over it and then only his portion of the order was incorrect. This most recent visit the girl taking our order cut me off after I ordered one single meal and then refused to answer the call button when we tried to push it again to clarify we had more food to order. We just left and headed to another location and we will be doing that from now on. Laughably bad service.

    We ordered ahead 2 drinks, nothing fancy. 28 MINUTES! It took 28 minutes for 2 drinks. I dont blame the one car hop that was doing his best, I blame the management that should have been out there helping. Having worked in the service industry before, it really is that simple. Come on Sonic, please do better.
