  This is the worst Sonic in the entire chain. They have no customer service. They regularly get the order wrong and have no sense of urgency. I’ve driven away from waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru behind ONE car one too many times. I recommend finding a different Sonic. If you get your order, there’s a good chance it’ll be wrong. There are so many failures at every level.

  Food is good, but the wait is awful! I order ahead, and almost always have to wait at least 10 minutes past the promised pick up time if not longer. It's a bit ridiculous.

  All we ordered was 3 fountain drinks and we were there for 20 minutes! In addition to that it took 10 minutes for them to get back with us after we pressed the button to order.
