  I didn't realize when I pulled in here the joke was on me. I'm always respectful to service workers but between the young man unable to speak English and some problem with at least one microphone this visit was nearly an impossible task. Never going back. Thankfully I'm rarely in that area.

  Every single time we go here it’s 30+ minutes for an ONLINE order. $17 for breakfast burritos with no cheese and no sausage, just straight egg. Horrible customer service and terrible wait times. Not coming back.

  Came here a day ago and got severe food poisoning from the ice cream. They warned me the ice cream would be watery but not that it would almost take my life….

  Order was supposed to be done at 4:00 waited over 15 mins it’s crazy it’s a mobile order and it was empty.

  The last 2 times we’ve gotten ice cream from this location, one if not both of our orders have been messed up. The first time it was one of the limited banana pudding blasts with no banana flavor in it. Just vanilla ice cream with the cookie pieces in it. This time it’s both of our ice creams. Another banana pudding blast; this time it has the banana flavor but no cookie pieces. Mine was supposed to be an Oreo cheesecake master shake with peanut butter added to it. Mine is just vanilla ice cream with Oreo pieces. I’m so tired of this location messing stuff up and taking 20 minutes to get our order when we mobile order. Even if you make a report and you get points to make up for your messed up items, you can’t use the points on limited items or master shakes. For lack of better words, this location needs to get its shit together or just close. What’s the point of being open if you can’t get anything right 🤦🏻‍♀️
