  I ordered an Epic stuffed crust pizza cheese with ranch on the side. The order came and the pizza had no sauce. I called and she said she could remake it. I said please please double check that there is REGULAR sauce on it and she said she would. 2nd pizza was delivered and my husband as well as the driver both said why is there no sauce on this pizza as well? Driver told me to call AGAIN. Same girl answered. I told her because on my end of ordering the ranch sauce was for the side in a completely separate category box from the pizza sauce. She said it would be remade. 2 mins later my phone rings and it is Carter. Not sure his position, but he was absolutely rude and condescending from the start. He immediately said yeah we aren't remaking your pizza. He progressively kept being sparky and downright rude. I explained on my end it shows regular sauce. I said so if I bring you this pizza you're refusing to remake it? He said yep thats what Im saying. We aren't remaking it at all. I asked for a refund. He declined to do that. At this point I was so mad because it was for my daughter and we were almost 2 hours in at this point. The pizza was absolutely disgusting and we didn't even get any ranch the first delivery and had to ask for that again as well. My husband took the pizza up there and he again refused to just remake the pizza with regular sauce and refused a refund. My husband left the pizza because we didn't need another pizza that we don't eat. So we ended up with no dinner and $20+ down the drain. Carter needs a hard lesson in customer service, because he was combative from the very start when he called me. He was trying to act like someone with hard authority and was downright rude. This is why we never order from Papa John's.

  We ordered the birthday party package (8 large cheese or pepperoni pizzas for 60) and the store included complimentary cookies and brownies for our birthday girl. They arrived 10 mins early, which worked out perfect. The general manager even yelled happy birthday to the birthday girl over the phone when I fudged up the order.

  Placed orders, card was charged. When I went to pick up and there was no order. Called back, they couldn't find the order, and couldn't process refund. Refund process is very tedious and still unresolved.

  Pretty bad. Definitely thrown together without any care. The pizza was dry and floppy and some how tasted stale. The wings were just tossed in the container with some sauce poured on them. Normally we get pretty good service and food from them. But this time was disappointing.

  Fresh, hot, quality pizza! Order is correct and topping portions are appropriate. This store is a little difficult to get to depending on the direction you are coming from since it is on the corner, but the staff are nice, the food is great, well worth the challenge.
