  I didn't get the right order and when I called to get it fixed then manager supposably wrote down what they were supposed to fix when I came back and she didn't.

  This McDonalds is genuinely the worst. I went last night, did a mobile order, and still had to wait 15 minutes for just two McChickens, just for them to be cold and missing lettuce. The staff are always rude, and just full blown don’t even do their jobs. They have you pull up and then wait forever because they forget about you, all while cars are leaving with bags of food through the drive thru.

  I ordered on my mobile app I brought the wrong phone since I have a work phone and I personal phone I pulled it up in my email for the receipt and they were trying to get me to pay again when I've already paid and it clearly says in my freaking app that my balance was zero and I told the dude at the cash register I'm not paying again. I mean your employee looked at my receipt and couldn't figure out that the balance was Zero!

  This McDonald's is freaking horrible. They very obviously don't know how to read an order at this location. I'm done ordering doordash from this location because they mess it up just about 100% of the time. Very, very displeased with y'all today.
