    Went to JJ’s Briken Arrow drive through today at lunch. Ordered 2 #3 sandwiches. Got home and both of us looked at our sandwich’s and found we had “maybe” a tablespoon of tuna was on each. This is the second time this has happened. The time before when we were there we went inside and finally left after standing at the counter for over 5 minutes without being waited on. We are done with JJ’s. We are never going back.

    I have to be honest, today was not a good day for this store. Usually my experiences here are great, good food nice employees. But today was a different story. I needed to make a phone call to tell my family member what kind of chips this store had since they wanted to change it up a bit. One of the employees came up from the back and stared at me for a second, seemingly friendly enough. I quickly told her I needed just a second since the other person I was ordering for as well didn't know what chips they wanted. So the employee quickly turns around throws her hands up and stomps off. Realizing I truly pissed her off I decided that was my cue to leave. A word to the wise, make sure you have your entire order ready before they approach the counter. Wouldn't want someone angry to make your food.

    The only reason I am giving this location one star is because of Jordan, the “boss.” The other employees who helped me were great, especially the employee who was being treated poorly. He was respectful, professional, and made an excellent sandwich. I visited on July 12th between approximately 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. and witnessed Jordan confront an employee in front of customers while food was being prepared. He appeared to get in the employee’s face and tell him to “act better.” Regardless of any workplace issue, that is not something that should be handled in front of customers. Before leaving, Jordan also loudly announced that he was leaving and that everyone needed to “act right,” again in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on the business. The employees working during my visit provided great customer service and deserved better treatment. Managers should lead by example, and what I witnessed was unprofessional. If needed, I encourage the company to review any available security footage from that time period.
