  Waited 20 mins for ONE sandwich!! Rude staff, non apologetic. Girl going from dirty broom to handling food with no gloves. What a joke!

  I’d honestly give this store less than 1 star if I could. We ordered through the drive-thru tonight, and our order was extremely simple. However, the employee taking our order couldn’t get it right even after we repeated it multiple times. One of the sandwiches was just meat, cheese, mustard, and bread nothing complicated and we also ordered two large drinks Along with my husbands order. When he gave us the total, he suddenly said, “Oops, I forgot the drinks,” and had to redo it. Not a great start, but we let it go. When we got to the window, he handed us two medium drinks instead of large. When we pointed it out, he said they were already rung up as mediums, but another employee stepped in and told him to just give us the larges. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. When we got home and opened the food, the sandwich that was supposed to be plain was covered in mayo and tomatoes. It seems like they mixed up our sandwiches completely, despite us clearly repeating the order multiple times. Overall, very frustrating experience and a clear lack of attention to the order. Will never be back here again.

  I've been ordering from them for 1 year at my current address no problem , just ordered yesterday and had it delivered no problem , today I call and they say im out of there delivery range and im 3 miles away you lost a customer for life absolutely trash Jimmy John's do better.....

  Ordered 2 Gyros, one no tomato. Got home, neither one had tomato’s, no cucumbers and NO SAUCE. They said they were out of sauce and cucumbers when I took them back to the store. Why didn’t they tell me upon ordering. Poor service. Poor quality control. Who wants food that is missing ingredients.

  We walked in and they were very busy. People waiting, three or four people making sandwiches, drive thru full..so we understand they are busy..... BUT we didn't get a hello, we'll be right with you ..ANY sort of acknowledgment, and we waited almost 10 minutes, people came in behind us. So we just left ..very disappointed. Saturday afternoon.
