- AAAmy2 days ago1.0Awful. When we pulled up to the drive thru, the dude taking orders was asleep in a chair outside. I ordered a coffee chiller with 3 pumps of caramel. Same dude couldn’t even make the correct coffee base. Made the same one wrong three times! My drink just tasted like milk. Another dude finally took over. It was runny, not frozen and was just coffee. They both moved so slow , I was there a good 15 -20 min for one drink. Won’t ever stop there again.

The staff are unprofessional going outside to smoke and say “what did I miss… oh I got you I got you”. They are always understaff. Forgetting what I even ordered, getting the size wrong and even the ingredients. I can tell they mean well but if they mess it up every time they clearly dont care about their job.

The new management and team have made a huge difference. The staff greets customers with a smile, my order is consistently accurate, and the service is quick even during the morning rush. My go-to is the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with an order of Snackin’ Bacon, and it’s been spot on every single time. The espresso is smooth and perfectly balanced, and the bacon is always hot, crispy, and a great quick breakfast. It’s refreshing to see a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. The positive atmosphere, friendly service, and consistently great quality have made this Dunkin part of my daily routine. Keep up the amazing work!
