    They 100% need to hire a new store manager and employees if they want this location to stay in business. This is hands-down the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I stopped trying when I found myself feeling the need to leave the car on to first go in and check to see if they even have all of the meat and vegetables available, and they didn’t every time. They’re always out of half of the meat options, or they’re dried up and crusty. Always out of the peppers and the queso has a dried up discolored crust atop it. When you look at the workers to give them the chance to try and justify the lack of options which are usually fully stocked at literally every other location I’ve been to in the country, they just stare back at you with an apathetic, inhospitable glare until you feel compelled to leave. Thoroughly uninviting atmosphere every time I’ve stepped in. This exact experience happened 5-6 times in a row to the point where I’ve given up on Chipotle entirely. I used to love this restaurant but this location alone has tainted my view of the company. This location c l e a r l y needs new management or they will be closed down due to a lack of business.

    1st time ever eating at this restaurant, got a burrito with extra meat to go. After getting home I realize the burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly. Only half of it had foil on it so the burrito busted open in the bag.

    The staff should be more friendly towards allergies. I let the line workers know I have a wheat allergy and to please change their gloves as i had been watching them handle countless tortillas and then would grab the bowls and their fingers go inside the bowl. The gloves don’t stop cross contamination. The guy was super nice about it but the girl gave me the most annoyed look and then acted snippy with me. I already get anxious enough trying to eat out and didn’t have many options after a long travel day. Also the workers should use tongs for the cheese and lettuce as to make it more friendly towards allergies. You touch the tortillas and then touch the cheese and lettuce people with wheat or gluten issues can’t have that. Very simple fix

    I love Chipotle and have frequented their many establishments across the country. However, I am so sad the one closest to my house is such a distance!!! I am one to give a place a few tries, assuming maybe- it was a new beginning, it might have been a bad night, there could be new management, all kinds of different reasons. Tonight was the final straw! Dirty food spills all over, dried food crushing over- but offered to “add water and stir”, food scraps all over the floor and nobody cleaning anything, trash spilling all over onto the floor, and more. We have gotten sick there and even still thought we’d try it again hoping “the chain” would fix the problems, but saw the same as before, and had to walk out! I wish corporate would fix this location! I love these restaurants otherwise!!

    In normally eat at the chipotle by my office for work in Tulsa Hills where I have absolutely no problem. I personally eat chipotle about 3-5 days a week. At this location the service is terrible. I don’t understand the point of a drive thru and scheduling your time if when you arrive you’re going to be neglected by the staff for an average of 10 minutes. Just today I’ve had 3 workers walk by the window and stare at me not even to greet me and the continue cleaning. If the food isn’t ready that’s one thing by way confirm my order is ready then proceed to neglect the customer. Not to mention this location skimps portions and is constantly out of steak or chicken respectfully
