- SFStefani Ferguson2 days ago1.0I'm beyond tired of BA Chipotle getting my order wrong. 98% of the time in the drive thru they forget my salad dressing and my bowl is half as full as it is if I eat in the store. Others have had the same complaint so that can't be a cooincidence. This time they were completely out of salad dressing... at lunch time smh. I stupidly didn't open and check my order in the drive thru. When I got home, guess what? My 'salad' literally didn't have any lettuce. NONE. How do you make a salad with no.... salad? I understand there may be employees working that do not salad and therefore they don't understand salad, but the base is literally SALAD. I want to eat at Chipotle, I really do, but I'm so tired of having to open all my food before I leave the drive thru to make sure people have done their jobs. My order is consistently wrong. I never have to double check at CFA. I tried to call the store and of course I had to jump through the phone hoops to get an actual ring through and then no one picked up so I had to go in the app and do all the things to complain.

I did use the drive thru staff was extremely courteous and nice however chips forgotten stopped went in no biggie the chips they gave me once I got home were stale. Quesidillia was wrapped more dumped in a pile not resembling a Quesilldilla. While the service was ok food wuality really was sub par for price.
