IF YOU ORDER MOBILE PICK UP CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. then we went back and went inside to reorder and there were 5 of them just standing there, no one greeted us, and we stood there for a minute before anyone came up. I used to work at Chipotle in college and I’m truly disappointed in this Chipotle.

Such a shame for as expensive as it is and considering the rest of the ingredients in the bowl are good. If you are not a fan of fatty meat do not get the steak.

Finally bribed dasher to ask what was going. He was told me my order was taken 3 different times already? False. Finally got my food. Ordered a burrito got a bowl. Said burrito on the sticker placed on my bowl. To say that this was an oversight is laughable. Willing negligence and total lack of care is more like it. Awful!!
