After taking my order he told me to follow the white truck there were 2 in front of me. Instead of coming back to my window and pointing out he just said that one and kept walking. Still didn’t know which to follow. I get to the 2nd guy taking payment. Asked him to read me back my order. It was wrong. I corrected it. What was wrong was it was listed as 2 large meals I only wanted 1 large so the order taker up charged me and I corrected it. When I get home they gave me medium fries…. The dinner rush team failed miserably today.

At approximately 8:50pm our food was brought out to us in to-go bags and was told by the staff member that the dining room was closing in 10 minutes and that we would have to go. He stood there and gave the impression that he meant to leave now. However........ there was 4 other tables eating or talking and not in a hurry and was not given the same instructions as we were in which I call Bullshit = which is a sad reflection on Chick-fil-A's image. Ok cool, you all are closing at 9pm = got it! Atleast afford my family to sit down and attempt to woof it down in 10 minutes while the food was still warm and not having to explain to our family the issue and the look/feeling of disappointment. Instead I see 3 members of the staff all approximately high school aged laughing and looking our direction as we were about to leave but looking away real quick when we looked at them. Hmmm.....OK. Shame on y'all is all I got to say and this will be the last time we visit this location and will be sure to inform others of the practices at this location. The way this was handled was flat out the wrong answer! I get it if we had showed up 10 minutes prior to the lobby closing but 25 minutes and this is how we treat customers especially when we spent a good $50+... Got it!
