  Drive thru service was pleasant. Fries were fresh. Chicken had a weird taste. I ate 1 of 3 tenders Discarded the rest.

  Food was delicious and promptly served. My only complaint is my French Dip could have used a little more roast beef.

  I’ve come to this location twice in the past week 1–2 hours before closing, and both times I was told there was no au jus sauce available for the roast beef sandwiches because it was "later in the evening." After it happened again, I chose to take my business elsewhere and will likely continue to do so. I drove to another Arby's closer to my residence and arrived minutes before they closed and I was able to get what I came to order. What’s frustrating is that this does not seem like a complicated item to prepare late in the evening. From my understanding, it’s essentially seasoning mixed with hot water, so it feels like something that should still be available during normal operating hours. It’s disappointing when a key part of the meal is unavailable well before closing.

  Great staff, fast friendly service. My double roast beef was perfectly made, didn't skimp on the RB like some places do. (51st & Yale)They had sauce packets and WHO DOESNT love Arbys!?? Lol

  Wouldn’t know about the food. Happened about ten minutes ago. Stood at the counter and nobody. See a girl with a headset look right at me and disappeared. Went elsewhere. Arby’s needs to teach customer service 101. All we have as consumers is the power where I spend my money. Won’t be here. Either do your job and be professional or lose customers. My wife hates Arby’s but knows I like it. But yeah I can find over priced food elsewhere.
