  I always enjoy Arby's food. And I prefer to not work there so I can continue to enjoy Arby's. Lol. Always love the curly fries and jamocha shake. I'm a little bummed that they got rid of the smokehouse brisket, but the double roast beef sandwich is good too. Friendly staff as always, but the lack of decorations inside, you definitely can feel that you are eating at a fast food restaurant.

  This location has the best customer service. I've only ever had one order mistake which was taken care of immediately and sincerely. And tonight (June 11th @ 9:30 PM) the two young girls tag teaming the drive through were so polite in the most genuine way. Kudos to the manager who's hiring skills never miss. This store and its employees deserve recognition from corporate because it's not too often that a fast food establishment consistentlyexceeda your expectations. I hope this comment finds its way.

  Manager was very hostile. Food was wrong. Customer service was terrible. I came in two days later and complained and she said I should have complained sooner and I told her I had been working 12 hr shifts.

  Stopped by Arby's at Elm & 101st in Broken Arrow and had a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, and made quickly, and the staff was friendly. The roast beef and curly fries were on point, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Solid spot when you want a quick meal that actually tastes good.

  Had a shift manager running the whole place by her self! Amber thank you so much for what you do. You don’t get enough credit I’m pretty positive of that. Arby’s you gotta leave your employees with adequate help to do their job. It’s employees like amber that keep your company afloat. Compensate for your employees!
