  First off this place used to be great. One day I was short on funds but decided that I should treat myself with a nice coffee. When the tipping screen came up, i was going to press the smaller tip because again I was short on funds that day. But the lady holding the tablet suddenly jerked it and made my finger touch the largest tip amount. So in a panic, I asked her if we could redo it, so I could press the other one. She then became very flustered, but at the same time kept saying, no problem. We can fix this. So she did, and I thanked her and apologized heavily for what happened. Next thing I know, the manager comes out with my drink chucks it and me and walks off. I realized I didn't have a straw, so I called after him and asked if I could have one, he turned around. Suddenly had a very nasty look on his face, grabbed up a straw, jutted it at me and said how rude I was being. I was so shocked all I could do was thank him for the straw and drive away. I hope people that work at the store understand not everyone can afford to be a big tipper or come to this store very often because they are already pricey. I'll stick with quiktrip coffee from now.

  I won't judge the drinks, etc as we didn't even order. The staff member inside vaping grossed us out enough we left the line. Disgusting.

  Menu is primarily online recommend going to website before your visit, lots of amazing drinks on offer. I enjoy the triple 7 smooth 7, the smoothies are really good as well. Not really had many bad experiences with this company. That includes my many visits to locations in Missouri as well.

  The staff is just not friendly. The worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

  The male managers likes to scream at the young female workers. If the managers hate their job so much maybe they shouldn't work there. He lucky he didn't scream at me because I want all the smoke. I'm not scared of a coward who on purpose pick on girls. Not cool.
