The staff there are always so friendly, helpful and always have smiles on their faces!💕. I’m not sure the date but it wasn’t long ago I was ordering energy teas for my granddaughters and they have several things they want in their teas and the girl read it all back to me to make sure it was right, she was helpful with the flavors, never seemed inconvenience and was very personable. Love the staff, the service and my morning energy teas before work.

I had an issue the other day at this location, the team directed me to reach out to corporate. Luckily the 7brew corporate team responded in timely matter, & was able to solve the problem! Thank you!

This 7Brew has terrible wait times. They’ll take orders in one of the two lanes and abandon the 2nd line entirely. Waiting 30 mins for someone to take my coffee order on Sunday afternoon is not how I want to spend my time.

Moved across town and this now the closest one to me and every time it always takes a LONG time to get my drinks. I don’t think I have waited less than 25 minutes to get a drink, not matter the time of day or how many cars. They need to take a que from their other locations and see how they get through the link quickly. Instead of getting drinks multiple times a week I only get it occasionally when in the next town over. Timely service matters.

I usually like this place this my go to please before going to work because of the quick service but today I got there at 6:10 and I already had ordered my drink on the app and i got the help. I will say there was three cars in front of me and those were the only ones there well I paid for my drink and was waiting I told them I would like my drink with light ice as I was driving up to the front I saw how they were making my drink and cup full of ice it took them 17 minutes just to get started on my drink and I have to goto work at 6:30 and when I asked if I can just come back later for my drink because they are taking forever they gave me a bit of an attitude because they said it’s already being made I told them well I have been waiting for a while for my drink it usually doesn’t take as much like today. They kept insisting that I can wait for them to get it done and I said no thank you can I just come back later when I get off work because like I said I am running extremely behind this drink. I think the place has gotten worst in their speed and customer service
