  Molly was excellent! We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and readiness to help us order. She recommended the Pink Mermaid soda and it was absolutely wonderful! Our other energies and lemonades were amazing as well. Drinks almost as fresh as the vibes. We’ll be back! P.S. Give Molly free drinks for life.

  Usually I love this location but today the whole thing seemed off. I understand waiting in lines but it felt like I had to wait a lot longer than normal which didn’t really bother me, I understand. However, when I did finally take a drink after I drove off I felt a clump in my mouth. I spit it out and it was a fly… super grossed out by this and will probably be awhile until I come back.

  First time here and the service was poor, like I told the girl that I had never been here and asked what’s good all I could get was everything and what do you want. So I got a sweet and salt macchiato. That was the worst thing like that I don’t even think that was a macchiato. It tasted like a water down. It was just gross. I can’t even describe it. It was literally just gross. I got one for me and my mom and even she couldn’t drink it. It was disgusting if this is how all 7 Brew services and how all of their drinks taste I definitely will not be back and I will not be recommending. I’ll stick with my Dutch Brothers.

  I was there for about 20–25 minutes just to get an iced coffee. The line next to me had 6–8 cars after me, and they came and left faster than I did. My best guess is that the girl taking orders was new. I completely understand that new employees need to be trained, but please don’t use the busiest hours to train someone who is still learning. It slows everything down for everyone. When I was finally getting close to the window, the car in front of me seemed to have an issue with their order, and they were also purchasing a gift card. It took around 10 minutes just to take care of their order, give them the gift card, and get their coffee. Meanwhile, I could see drinks from my line sitting inside and not moving. Why not ask the customer to pull forward so they can fix the issue without holding up the entire line? The rest of us shouldn’t have to wait 10+ minutes because one order has a problem. Waiting 30 minutes for an iced coffee is honestly insane. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location. I remember having a similar experience here months ago—there always seems to be something going wrong at this location

  Went here two nights ago on Sunday night while some very young girls were working. There was a customer with a very large dog in the bag seat with window rolled. The workers kept touching the dog and were feeding the dog whipped cream in a cup while the dog was there licking the cup while also licking the girls hand. I was shocked and thought hopefully they wash their hands and they clearly didn’t . I love dogs but not enough to eat slobber. I could see the girl doing my drink never washed her hands and had her bare hands on the rim of the cup where you drink from Gross 🤢 I was speechless watching and got the drink payed and asked them to please wash their hands while fixing drinks.
