  Drinks and service are amazing. The seven brew team is always friendly and efficient with time which is important as my schedule is a busy one. I love that the drinks are unique and that I can customize them to just how I want.

  We have only been to 7 brew a few times but this was probably the worst experience I have had at a drink spot. We went in the evening and there was a short line and no one behind us. The girl employee (red dyed hair) was rude from the start- no greeting, no patience, no smile, and short with us. We were ordering 4 drinks and with no menu we were still deciding, We ordered the first drink and then I said "just a sec, the rest of us are still deciding" and she said "so thats it?!" And I said no, they are looking at the menu online and still deciding. At no point did she make suggestions or seem happy to serve us. We finished our order, took payment and she walked away and we never saw her again.

  This is the 7brew I go to all the time and over time the drinks have lacked flavor and look/taste like mostly milk. I've gotten tired of having to go back through the line or asking them to remake my drink because I don't want to be that person who always needs that. I recently stopped by a different location and ordered my same drink... it was the best thing I had ever tasted. Something about this location is off and I don't think I can continue going here now that I know other 7brews are making drinks correctly and I've just been suffering this whole time. I'm basically buying a cup of milk at this location and the lack of flavor really bums me out.
