  The customer service at this location is not very good. If they mess up your drink there is no apology which stinks when you have to wait in line all over again because of their error. I totally understand mistakes happen but their customer service here is unfriendly and awkward.

  normally have no problems with this location. my one complaint is when they do things like their brewzies. we waited in a long line, ordered 2 drinks, finally got to the front, and the girl looked at us like we were dumb when we asked if we get the mother’s day koozie. she said they ran out which is fine but all of these people are in line ordering 2 drinks for the purpose of getting merch just for them to pay and get told there’s none left. not understanding why you wouldn’t tell customers when ordering that, even if they order the two drinks, they won’t get anything. we would’ve just bought the one. still pretty decent service though.

  Really good drinks and quick service. I like that they are always jamming to tunes of all sorts.

  It says pick a lane so please don't tell me to change lanes once I'm already in there especially since yall have dividers out now. There is absolutely no point to changing lanes when there is literally one car in line and you just don't want to take my order. Also when I use my free drink and I get a large with no ice, I swear yall are just filling the whole thing with heavy cream which is disgusting and defeats the purpose of why I'm a loyal customer.. I'm essentially buying 10 drinks for one free large cup of cream. Please do better and stop punishing people for taking full advantage of the free drink.

  The first time I ordered the sugar cookie chai it was good. The second time, it tasted like espresso was in it...because they put espresso in their chai lattes. I'm also a barista and this just isnt correct unless someone specifically says the want a dirty chai. Also they put espresso in my sisters Matcha latte lol. They will charge you again if you want your drink fixed so
