  I like the 7brew product but this location needs an overhaul on speed. Watched 15 cars go through the inner line while we sat in the outer line for 30 minutes waiting to hardly move forward. The speed does not make sense.

  these people are so awesome. they are always super quick, and extremely friendly. 10/10 experience and i will always return to this location. shout out to grace for always being so kind.

  9 times out of 10, they will get your order wrong. Not friendly at all. I ordered, (very basic order) they gave me something completely wrong, I told them it was wrong, took it back to fix it, gave me it back wrong A SECOND TIME and finally after 3 tries they figured out how to add whipped cream and caramel. (Original issue) This location is genuinely a joke.

  I’ve visited this location several times and it’s a 50/50 on whether or not the person taking your order is friendly or not. There is a girl taking orders who has dark hair that has never been happy or welcoming when I have visited. I don’t know if she’s like this with all customers, but if you’re interacting with people, at least put on a smile. Drink was fine, but be cautious when visiting here.

  We come to this 7Brew often and experience is usually pretty positive, but today Jessie was the opposite. Soon as I pulled up she rattled off order and it didn't sound right so she raises her voice and says ",you didn't order a chiller?" I said no and repeated we all ordered iced. She sighs and rolls her eyes and ducks into the stand to tell them. Comes out and just hands me the other two drinks, then we wait for other one to be remade and she shoved it in my window and says here I asked her for her name, because I will make sure I am not in her lane again. I think next time I am waiting to tip to see what kind of service I get, because I sure would not have tipped today.
