  Placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:00 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 12:36 PM. This has become one of the worst places to order pizza. While waiting, nobody acknowledged customers—not even a manager. Customer service used to be much better than this. Waiting 36 minutes past the promised pickup time is unacceptable. If you’re looking for fast, reliable service, I’d recommend going elsewhere. What happened to this place? Last time I’ll order from this Pizza Hut.

  Sign up for rewards they said earn points they say. Well they resarted the app and everyone looses there order history and reward points. No I don't want a new account. I want my old account with my 200 points back. Such a scam. My 5 star goes to no star. Do better Pizza Hut.

  We prey played and it showed really by 4 we just got the food at5:20 and is missing the ex sauce we ordered.
