    Beyond disappointed in BWW. We came in for an early Father's Day celebration and my husband had to try three times to get a drink due to them not being in stock of their beers. After we ordered, we waited and waited for our food to come out, and when it did, my order was missing. The waitress had forgotten it, then had it mixed up with a different one. By the time I got my food, everyone else was done eating. The manager did bring my food out and apologize, but the whole experience was so off putting. Not worth how expensive it is.

    Staff and food are great. The issue is every order I've made (5-6) has always had something wrong. Mistakes have ranged from the wrong dipping sauce, to the wrong drink or just completely forgetting the sandwich in a meal. These mistakes happen when dining in or with take out so it's not something I've been able to avoid happening 😐 Just double check all your orders before leaving so you can get things corrected.

    If you do door dash expect every other order to have a 25 min wait regardless of time of day and volume. Multiple half hours of orders gone to a half smile and a sorry bout that. Multiple pickups +20 minutes over the “scheduled” time 5 minutes ehh cool 10 ahhh what’s happening +20 multiple times I’m gonna say something

    The GenZ servers here are the worst hires I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Have had multiple terrible experiences with service. They make mistakes completely botching orders, are unfriendly, don’t apologize, leave you waiting for insane periods of time, and wouldn’t know how to multi-task or do something quickly if their life depended on it. If you want to do a study on GenZ in food service, look no further than this location. Absolutely atrocious service and no one cares. The management is responsible for hiring completely incompetent servers with zero people skills. Most mismanaged restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life, from a customer experience perspective. The food is good but the service is so bad it completely negates the value of the coming here. I am a very kind and reasonable person and have treated the staff here with kindness and understanding of their mistakes, been very friendly end to end, but I receive zero kindness or effort in return. The absolute worst restaurant staff I’ve ever seen. Pick up orders and sit down experiences are equally terrible. It’s sad too because my kids love coming here for the food, but I will not be coming back after consistently bad experiences every time. IT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO BE KIND, RESPECTFUL, AND PROVIDE A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN A JOB LIKE THIS. It’s so bad, it literally feels like you are being pranked; but it’s real.

    Buffalo Wild Wings -6/16/2026 Hello I ordered Through the mobile app. ETA for food was 12:30 I arrived about 5 minutes after the time. This location there is usually a wait so I was fine waiting. As I’m standing in the take out area for a few minutes with another customer the counter employee finally arrived. Greets the customer in her native tongue which was Spanish and assists her. Puts a call on hold and then asks me who my order is for. I tell her. She then picks back up the phone to continue assisting the caller that she just placed on hold. No sense of urgency or a mobile order. So I go to the bar and ask the employee if they can grab my mobile order since the other girl is backed up and busy. I’m met with hesitation and told she will check. I hear her go back and is talking to staff in the back who basically says I need to wait. So the lady comes back and tells me my order isn’t ready yet. It is now 12:45pm. 15min after my quoted pick up time. So I say ok thank you and wait for the take out area employee to finish her call and then deliver the food to the other waiting customer. When she gets to me i politely ask for a refund. She says okay. And as I’m asking for a refund my food miraculously is now ready. I’m asked if I want a refund still. I state yes. To which the employee that brought the food out looks at it deep sighs and says this food right here? I smile and say yes. She starts to process the refund and then stops and says ok we will handle it. This is where things took a big turn . I politely ask for a receipt and I’m told you can’t get a receipt for something you didn’t pay for. The bag she brought out had a receipt’s STAPLED to it! I tell her this and then add that I played online. At this point this employee is now making snide comments as she processes the refund escalating the situation. I then ask her name she walks away and says I’m going to make a copy of the receipt. Comes back and proceeds to hand me the photo copy version of the receipt I ask for the original and now she is arguing that I can’t have the original and the copy version is better. Thankfully the other employee vero. Decided to reprint me a copy of my refund receipt I thank her as I’m walking to the exit the other disgruntled person that completed the return says “have a blessed day “ I said what? She said what church do you go to” .im sorry what does church have to do with a Buffalo Wild Wings return.. the product is not all that comes with service. What’s the point or saving time to order in app if the wait time is the same as in person.where is the urgency? As this was a lunch break order you expect to get your order and go. And to be met with unsatisfactory, customer service at a place you CHOSE to patronage is very disheartening. And the fact that the employee did all this under the anonymity of another employees employee ID is even more disturbing. Customers should be met with a greeting, a one moment please. Not treated like we are bothersome and on their time. Store #3976 11450 s memorial drive. Server name is veronica although I believe that’s vero which is what her name tag said. The unproblematic one. Although vero didn’t provide any greeting or sense of urgency to help customers while working in an area that’s meant for quick pick up. Service like this has to stop. Consumers work to hard for their money to keep going to businesses and getting this kind of treatment. A change needs to happen. Customer service training to prevent lack luster service and argumentative unprovoked staff . It should never be acceptable. I don’t want a free meal. I don’t want to be pacified, I just want accountability and better service! And now looking at my receipt I was t even refunded there is no payment info on this receptionist and it says “food comp” I wasn’t provided any cash back this is just worse the more I think about it. Please show me this is not the true morals and values of Buffalo Wild Wings and make this experience right.
