  Really I really don't really know how to say this but Sonic has been around all my life and when representative employees even staff in general don't know how to make a normal malt shake is unreal. A malt which has been around just what 1940s come on no one knows how to make a malt. Really they all need to be trained properly. $5 for a boring you shake. And we stayed line for over 30 min. We deserve at least a $10 comp for the inconvenience.

  Went there this morning super nice lady, I didn’t get her name but she was a while lady with blonde hair? I believe idk her hair was up But again, super nice customer service I got dirty Dr Pepper with mozzarella sticks, both Came out delicious

  I live literally 3 minutes from this location so I stop by it often for the easiness of it. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews but this has gotten to be too much. Every time I'm here my food is either wrong or given to the wrong car. I put my order in at 1:34 at 1:40 they said it's on the way but no one came out until 1:45. When they came out our shakes were half melted and I didn't have a burger. I then clicked the button and was quickly cut off and told they'd be with me in a min. Waited and the button deactivated so I pressed it again and was once again cut off and not allowed to talk. So I waited AND THE BUTTON DEACTIVATED AGAIN. So I pressed it and finally got someone to talk to and all they did was catch an attitude with me when all of this could have been avoided if my food came out correctly. I have worked in a in multiple restaurants. I know what's it like to be busy but this wasn't the way to handle the situation. I'm not finally home at 2:05 with cold food and melted shakes but at least my burger is fresh i guess. This locations has had constant problems since I moved here 5 years ago. Crazy to me the sonics in Arkansas are better than the ones in their home state.
