  I only go to the Sonic Bear Rockwell Ave if I have a lot of time. Even with ordering ahead, the service is often slow. Most of the servers are nice and are always apologetic for the wait. As far as food goes, it is typical of Sonic. I don't eat there often, but I do enjoy the options for refreshing drinks.

  I ordered my food through the app and it was very confusing where to pull into a stall. After about 15 mins car hop came out with drinks. (Not my order) she came back out said she never received my order. Now it's been 25 mins. She wrote down my order and went to cook. The app should be faster but it's not

  I regret coming to this Sonic every time I do. It always takes 30 minutes to get your food. Sometimes literally just drinks. And my drink is never made right. I ordered a cherry coke and it is vanilla. It seems they are incredibly short staffed for the work load, the entire parking lot is full and there’s one carhop (bless her) working her tail off.

  Ordered through the mobile app like I have done plenty of times before, but not at this location. This was my first and will be my last time using the Sonic at 7000 NW 39th Expressway. I pulled into a stall, checked in and never received my food. I eventually pressed the red button and asked the young about my order. They said, “We don’t have an order for Steve.” I showed them my confirmation order and proof of purchase. They continued to say, “we don’t have an order for Steve” and said, “I guess you aren’t eating lunch today.” That’s when I left.

  Worst sonic ever. Every time I come here I am disappointed and it’s unbelievable that this location is still open. They take 30 minutes or longest to give you your order even if it is only 2 drinks. And if you order food you get it cold and it does not taste good. The lady with pink hair went behind the dumpster and was smoking while there was multiple cars waiting on their order and then she finally came back and started giving orders without even washing her hands. I would never recommend this location and the workers are a reflection of the poor management.
