  I get chocolate milk shakes all the time with extra whip cream at sonics. I have never got one here before and i never will again! They brought it to me and you could still see the chocolate usually it fills the dome. And then the assistant manager wonted to tell me how wrong i was that it is extra! Than of course I just ask for a refund I will never go to this sonic again.

  I do not care for the atmosphere. But what is the point of being open late if you have to go and bang on the window to get the attention of anyone in the whole building? I was parked in a stall after pressing the red button 3 times and waited a total of roughly 25 minutes. I eventually got tired because I had just gotten off a long shift, and came to get food. I believe I was more than patient enough. DO BETTER.

  Well I went there and the manager was rude employee was nice manager was rude my mom tried to use the restroom my mom has a bladder infection was on a bike ride with me stopped to get something to eat and ask to use restroom and he refused to let her use the restroom so I refuse to order anything there because he runs rude and I left and I've ordered from this place before and every time I seen The order they can't seem to get anything right and they always seem to mess it up and the food sometimes is cold and I got to take so I think I'm just going to stop coming here

  I ordered a breakfast burrito online and went to the sonic when it said my order was ready and waited 30 minutes for my food. I had places I had to be so I left and called to ask for a refund and the lady bit my head off saying she only had one carhop but that one person hadn’t taken any food out in the last 15 minutes. In the background I heard the other people saying very rude things about me and other customers so I told them to forget the refund and I hung up. The hospitality here is horrible and the service is horrible as well.
