  service was very obliging. very nice help. sometimes stock issues. but they tried to compensate for problems. 👍🤩

  I haven’t gone to Taco Bell in Bartlesville in a VERY long time for a reason! Will I ever go back after the service and food I got tonight, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I found this long piece of hair in my burrito! I wouldn’t have noticed it until I started eating it if they had put my burrito together the right way instead of barely rolling it up and all the filling falling out. When I called they absolutely did NOT care! He said I’ll make another burrito for you. I declined politely and he then proceeded to ask if there was anything else he could do and he hopes I have a great rest of my night.. I suggest taking your money elsewhere because the Taco Bell here in Bartlesville is trash! Had they handled the situation a bit more professionally, my review may have been a bit different. Even a 1 star rating is too much.

  Awful service. Was told to pull up to await an order that needed freshly cooked. Waited 15 minutes and had to go in to request the order. Saw multiple other people have to do the same. Got my order and had to go BACK in and wait a couple more minutes to get noticed to get the ranch they forgot - while at the same time ANOTHER person next to me had an order screwed up. Half the employees were just yapping and screwing around. This occurred at approx. 10:20pm on April 26th, 2026.

  I keep finding ticks on me anytime I go to this Taco Bell they get in my vehicle and I’ll find them right after leaving here I’ll probably not be back at this location never thought this would be an issue I’d have at a food place

  I use to love Taco Bell. But, for some reason they think yesterday’s tomatoes are ok to serve today. NASTYY. They are slimy and you can taste the stale. Why are you all like this? Stop it. That little bit of stale old tomatoes ruins the whole meal and can make people sick. And if you’re doing that with tomatoes, what else are you doing that with? You Lost a like long customer
