  Called and ordered at this Papa John's. I could barley understand the person who answered the phone because of their really thick accent. It was about $10 more than I expected. Turns out it ended up costing more because they outsourced the delivery to doordash. If I would have known that, I would have ordered for carry out because I have had absolutely horrible experiences with doordash. The last time I used doordash, the driver and his passenger were smoking cigarettes so heavily that all the food I ordered for my family tasted like cigarette smoke! I will never return to this Papa John's!!!

  This is our go-to need to take a break from cooking place. Kids love it and so do we.

  Ordered a veggie-heavy pizza and received bread and cheese with a garnish of one mushroom. The manager refused a refund even after seeing the photos, demanding I drive back to the store to return the bad pizza for a remake. Terrible service and a total waste of time. I will be calling corporate to ask how they can afford to keep a store open when the managers have no clue what they are doing. They cant do a simple task like adding vegetables to a WORKS PIZZA !

  My family stopped coming here 10+ years ago because of a bad experience with employees. We decided to give y'all another shot and we are so glad we did! The pizza is so fresh and the veggies taste fresh too! We definitely are gonna be coming around alot more for sure!
