  Food was fine but the service sucked I wouldn’t recommend going to this Arby’s they act like when you order it’s a pain for them to take your order and then when they do they only hear certain things and don’t fully listen to your order I went there a couple days ago got 2 of the 2 for $10’s and asked auju they didn’t even add it to the order when they brought me my order it wasn’t in the bag so went and told them about it and the girl said it wasn’t on the order and I’m should’ve been cause I said it loud enough for the guy to hear me but ordered it again I said 2 and she got upset and charged me for one and I said I needed 2 she quickly said well you was charged for one I’m like NEVER again am I going back to this Arby’s in the future EVER if they closed down definitely wouldn’t hurt my feelings any it would be best !!!! Maybe a WHOLE new crew…….

  Worst customer service experience. I tried to use the bogo side offer and was informed by the manager that there system was down and they were unable to honor the promotion. I suggested she just discount one of the items and she said she couldn't do that but would gladly give me a senior discount. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't my fault their system was down and I would like her to honor the promotion. At this point there were several people waiting behind me and she rudely said ok and walked off. In my opinion an Arby's system issue should not be a reason to not honor your promotion. I hope the owner of this franchise will read this and discuss with the manager how to take care of a customer.

  Ordered at DT. Pulled around to window. Johnathan H greeted me at the window with a smile on his face. He was a very polite young man. He has excellent customer service. I had ordered a classic roast beef. The lady that made it, Sandy is her name. This is the first time ever that the meat was distributed evenly on the bun.I called the store to let them know my experience. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and friendly. These three employees deserves the recognition. And a great BIG THANK YOU. I appreciate them and their hospitality. I recommend this Arbys #01331, at 2935 E. Frank Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003. If you want excellent service. The classic roast beef was delicious. Willma Fortner 04/26/2026 @ 11:13 am.
