  I have been to this Whataburger four times ..... Four times l ask for extra grill onions four times the onions were not grilled ..... This during slow hours of the day hardly any customers in the lobby nor drive thru ..... I won't be back .... I mean if you can't read a ticket don't care ..... The grillmen or grill woman there c'mon people what are we doing. ...... Make people the way they order it ...... I won't be back there ever again ..... A little effort goes a long way

  Dont even deserve a one star i placed a doordash waited almost an hour for a dasher to pick it up which never happened so I came to pick it up and instead of getting it figured out right away the spent almost 20 minutes arguing back and forth about it then finally figured it out and then served me my food and the food was just slapped together and didnt even have everything on there that I put on there

  The staff is fantastic! I was carrying my 4 month old, in his car seat, as I was walking out and they waited by the door holding it open for us.

  Stopped in before we hit our hotel tonight. Everything was great! Burgers tasted amazing, fries were fresh and hot. Brad was very polite and patient taking our order, food came out in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

  My burger was slopped on where I had to put the patty and toppings on better just to eat it. My gravy was only filled half way. When I asked the young girl there if they could give me one that's full, she said they only fill them half way, if I wanted more, I would have to buy another. This is frustrating and doesn't make sense. Also the chocolate shake wasn't prepared right. The associate told the young girl that she didn't prepare it right. Wasn't fond of the young girl's attitude and I'm not sure if she's correct about the half filled gravy cup either. But if that's true, it's not right to only fill them halfway. I always enjoy the food here but sometimes even the manager isn't very friendly.
