  One in Ardmore is going downhill fast. Now they started waiting on the drive-in lines first, leaving the customers inside to wait. We walked in it 4:30 Friday afternoon, and ordered 2 Super burritos, a meat nacho, and two drinks. There were only people at four tables inside the restaurant. We placed our dine in order, and 15 minutes later still did not have our food. I walked to the front and ask the lady at the register about our food, and showed her my receipt when we placed the order. She looked at a screen and said, Oh it'll still be a few minutes. I said it's already been 15 minutes. She said we have to wait on the drive-thru customers first, because the line backs up too far. I went back 5 minutes later, they still didn't have my food ready. That's 20 minutes for two burritos, nachos, and two drinks. My wife and I had places to go, so I asked for a refund, she said we can't give refunds. About 3 minutes later, she handed me a sack with my food in it to go. I wasn't the only having issues, as another individual walked up there not long after I did asking what was taking so long on their food. It should be first come first serve, not wait on the drive-in people first, leaving the people that came in to sit and eat last. Sorry, won't be back. Oh, and P/S, we asked for no beans on the super burritos, guess what.. they had beans!

  The place is named Taco Casa but it is far from it. Bathrooms and place was clean. People were friendly. But food was terrible. All you can order is ground beef in a sauce in a crispy taco 🌮 shell, a cold soft taco meaning flour tortilla. There is no chicken taco. There is no beef brisket/ beef fajita taco. Place is like a Taco Bell replica. Sauce is very greasy. I ordered only 2 tacos not knowing what the food would be like and I am glad I did. I do not recommend this place if you’re traveling and want a quick meal for the road.

  Great improvement over my last visit. Way to go management, I see mostly new faces on 3 till close shift and the changes you've made have made a difference! Came in to have 2 super tacos for $7 on 🌮 Tuesday, I was so pleased to see the quality was what I expected from @texomatacocasa. I gave a 4 on service because there is always room for improvement and the "new" cashier experienced a long line with no counter help added which lead to longer customer waiting time inside vs drive thru. As always super clean, thanks for your continued improvement!

  Tacos were so crispy and delicious! The shell had the right crunch and held up well with all of that juicy beef inside. Perfect ratio of cheese to lettuce for me. Our beef combo burritos did infact have extra mild sauce, just like we asked for. I liked that there was a patio to sit outside and enjoy your food, that's a lovely feature for a Taco Casa. The staff on Saturday afternoon was so friendly, all smiles. Thank you for making a perfect end to a long road trip day so delicious! We'll definitely be back when in Ardmore!
