I placed an online order for pickup at Pho Ho Asian Fusion Cuisine for $31.11, but when I arrived at the designated time for pick up, I was told their online ordering was down and they wanted me to re-order what I wanted in person. Since I had already waited 20 minutes and had to head back to pick up my children where we live—40 mins away, I couldn't wait around and asked for a refund. The person on-site refused to help, claiming they weren't a manager. I have spent the last WEEK trying to call and text to get my money back, only to be repeatedly told to call back at a different time with zero resolution. Completely unprofessional—take your business elsewhere if you expect accountability or basic customer care.

I had the P2 and the N2 on my first two visits here. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of shrimp in the meal also. I highly recommend this place.

By the time I finished, the food was fixing to come out. The food was amazing and I got full fast, but still tried finishing my plate because of how good it was.
