  My worst experience ever at pizza hut. The service wasn't worth a shit.

  Absolutely the worst and will never return! My husband who was recently diagnosed with Esophagael Cancer and cant eat much wanted a veggie pasta with beef as none of the other pastas have veggies. We were informed they couldnt add beef because there is no button!!!! LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL FLIPPIN FREAKSHOWS!!! Just friggin add the $2 or $5 or whatever you need to add to cover the cost of a tablespoon of beef in the pasta and let the poor man eat!!! There has to be some way to ring this up to make it work and if there truly is NO way to do it then PIZZA HUT everywhere sux donkey doo and will never see a dime from me anywhere!!! UPDATE: On the 20th I got an email from customer service apologizing and stating someone from the store would be in touch within 3 business days. It has now been over 5 weeks and nothing. I mean, I know business days work a little different than everyday calendars, but this is the longest 3 business days ever. They clearly did not care about this one measely customer, but they should because word of mouth goes a long ways and it is my experience that this pizza hut is empty of customers more than it has customers and I and/or my coworkers were there at least once a week during the lunch hour, spending on average of $20 each. That is over $1000 a year per person. I get its not much individually but it adds up over time and I will continue to tell of the rotten service and lack of caring that management didnt even care enough to reach out. I wont be the only 1k you loose this year. 1k can turn into 100k really quick and can effect the entire company not just one store. I even paid for our drinks that we never got to drink and was not offered a togo cup for the drinks we paid for.

  So I ordered late tonight and got one of those new parm pizzas and i was supposed to get a large, but I think they messed up and made me a medium. Instead of just throwing the pizza away they made me 2 mediums!! And I have to say, these are the best looking pizzas I have ever seen come out of any pizza hut. To all who were working tonight yall are awesome!

  The last 4 times I ordered pizza I specifically asked them to make sure the pizza is fully cooked. And every time the pizza is so doughy I have to literally eat it with a fork.
