  The moment I walk in, they instantly say, We are out of roast beef.... I guess I got shocked and couldn't even imagine having anything else lol ... wished they would have said , ' but our chicken will make up for that, or we do have Arby Qs ( was told it was prepped separately from another store? ),or, we have a special on ham melts , or even turkey.. Hey We're loaded w fries that will knock your socks off or even, Hey, let us help you snag desserts while youre w us and knock that off the list and try one of our jamoca shakes, or even a slice of cheesecake! Lol I said well, i guess im out... haha then the cook shouts sarcastically, Have a Great Day ! Lol

  Managers their will talk bad to the other workers in front of the customers. Very bad experience, so unperfessional. Every time I go there it's like that.
