  I was the only customer in the place. 2 guys were behind the counter handling my order. The guys were friendly enough. Not bad, not great. The fries and cheese sticks were warm but not hot. The sandwich (chicken bacon ranch) was made on rye since they were out of wheat bread. They asked first, and I didn’t mind. It was not bad, just a weird pairing. The drink station had overflowed tea running down the countertop, and not just a trickle. The pool had sat there long enough to dry and leave rings. My Powerade was the highlight of the stop. Overall, this was not a great Arby’s experience. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

  I understand being busy but not being able to fill the cup of cheddar more than 1/4 is ridiculous

  Lack of accountability for sub par food that could be great with 2 or 3 extra steps in customer service but they are just to lazy to complete an order correctly.

  Service and food was great. Drinks could surevuse a filter on the machine. Hated paying 3.98 for a drink i couldn't drink
