  Me and four other family members went on 7/6/2026 and we all got food poisoning later that night going to the bathroom left and right the Service was great but the food was disgusting. We all got sick. Pizza old greasy and tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location. (Dine-in/dinner)

  Walked into the restaurant and the atmosphere was like I went back to being a kid in the 80s. It looked very clean and pleasant. That was the only plus in our experience. There were three employees present during the Buffett on a Friday. One employee walked around and continuously said there will be more pizza coming out in a minute over and over again. Didn’t really see her doing much of anything else. One young girl in the back that never moved from her spot, I’m thinking her shoes were nailed or glued to the floor. The only one doing much was the cook. We felt kind of bad for him. There were approximately 25 to 30 customers and they would bring out a pizza every 10 minutes. I’m thinking one pizza split between 25 people isn’t very good odds in anyone’s favor. Thought customers were going to stab each other with forks to get a chance at a single piece of pizza. We haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years and were pumped to go there. Unfortunately, other than the nostalgic atmosphere not worth the money or time. Too bad…

  New management, same old problems. Long waits while employees stand around, and they are mad at you for ordering. Long waits, missing items and poor service. Plenty of pizza places on the same block. Skip it.

  Our waitress was great!!! Checked on us, brought xtra refills, ordered a pizza we asked to be made. She was wonderful 👍

  Don't buy all the hype about the remodel this place was never remodeled in the first place. The salad bar what's closed and they didn't even bring our pan pizza in a pan it came in a box like we ordered it to go. The Mount Vernon location is a much better choice they've always had a salad bar every time we've gone and the services always been good and the pizzas come out in the pan just like you remember. The staff was also very loud and seemed more interested in having social time than actually checking on the customers and seeing if they needed refills. I will never go back
