  Pizza was under cooker and stuck to the box. This store has disappointed us before. I think there oven needs replaced

  Went for the lunch buffet. Food was good. Rigatoni was a bit on the dry side when we arrived but the cook brought a new batch out soon after. Pizza was good with several different varieties. Waitress was great! Very friendly and outgoing. Went out of her way to make sure we had whatever we needed. 5🌟 waitress. She was working the lunch shift alone and handled it with ease. Myself and 10-year old grandson ate. Our bill was right at $20. $5.99 for children if I remember correctly. Adult was near $11 I believe. We ordered one drink also. We will return when in Zanesville again.

  We hadn't been to Pizza Hut for a very long time. We stopped in for the lunch buffet. The lady taking orders and getting drinks ran the entire dining room. She was absolutely amazing. Rounded constantly checking in to see if you needed anything. Great job Beth!

  Me and four other family members went on 7/6/2026 and we all got food poisoning later that night going to the bathroom left and right the Service was great but the food was disgusting. We all got sick. Pizza old greasy and tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location. (Dine-in/dinner)

  Walked into the restaurant and the atmosphere was like I went back to being a kid in the 80s. It looked very clean and pleasant. That was the only plus in our experience. There were three employees present during the Buffett on a Friday. One employee walked around and continuously said there will be more pizza coming out in a minute over and over again. Didn’t really see her doing much of anything else. One young girl in the back that never moved from her spot, I’m thinking her shoes were nailed or glued to the floor. The only one doing much was the cook. We felt kind of bad for him. There were approximately 25 to 30 customers and they would bring out a pizza every 10 minutes. I’m thinking one pizza split between 25 people isn’t very good odds in anyone’s favor. Thought customers were going to stab each other with forks to get a chance at a single piece of pizza. We haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years and were pumped to go there. Unfortunately, other than the nostalgic atmosphere not worth the money or time. Too bad…
