  The blonde tattooed worker named charity should not be people facing. She obviously hates people since every time I’m there she is yelling and being rude to customers and today was the third time she’s being rude to me but it was way worse so I’m finally making a review. I have been at this chipotle and others to get the kids meal multiple times and this time the steak I was giving was very skimpy so I asked if that was it (also to note I got a chicken kids and it was at least 50% more full) and she didn’t even let me finish and started yelling at me. A customer should be able to ask that and you absolutely can explain but do so nicely. If all the other times and other stores weren’t following the rules like she said that’s fine but absolutely do not yell at me. If we would have had time to go anywhere else we would have immediately walked out after that and I wish we would have. Also the following the rules thing still doesn’t explain why my chicken was so much fuller. She also tried to not allow me to get my remaining side. I’ve seen her verbally assault elderly, children, and so on. Enough is enough, if you’re not going to fire her at least made her stay in the back so she can stop assaulting customers. I also googled and it said the kids portion is 2oz and googled what 2oz looks like and this is not 2oz, maybe 1oz

  Meat was over cooked and dry. And when you get quadruple scoops. It's a real expensive disappointment.

  Terrible experience, never again, very dirty dinning at it's best, food cold , was going to ask for refund but didn't have time to waste. Already had to wait for food. Tortilla chips all broken and stale.

  I don’t think I’ve ever had this bad of an experience. I went up to order and I asked for a tortilla. The lady asks me if I wanted a burrito, and I said “oh, no, sorry I meant a bowl-it’s been a long day” and all I was met back with was a blank stare. Okay, whatever. I finish making my bowl. I go to pay and I asked for a side of queso because (not a big deal) I thought they handed them out at the register (they do this at my home town.) this was simply not the case. She says she needs a side of queso, hands the bag (w queso in it) over. I pay and I say thank you and I kid you not I don’t even get a look of acknowledgement. Her whole demeanor was cold and rude. I don’t think she said a single word to me during the entire process. The whole staff seemed like they hated living and it was whoever walked ins fault. Will definitely not be going there again. I’m not one to write reviews (crazy I know) but damn I’m sorry for even walking in.

  Whoever the little blonde is with the glasses is absolutely rude and disgusting. She never has been nice to me while I’ve been in there. She has an absolutely disgusting attitude and no sense of customer service. She was rude to an old man because he’s never been to chipotle before. Sounds like to me she needs a new job.
