  I just picked up my order only received two sandwiches and fries. And had 4 items still missing. I told the cashier and only received 3 items still missing the forth then was asked if I wanted a sticker and I said no I wanted my last item. The lady plopped my sandwich on the counter with a rude attitude and said here you go

  Went to the Maysville Road Arby’s this past Sunday and got carry out for the bogo beef and cheddar. We have been customers here for twenty years at least. I have never written a bad review for them. But it was not good. I doubt there was a one inch smear of cheese and about a half teaspoon of sauce on them! Disappointed.

  Arby's Maysville Pike,South Zanesville . I am always disappointed when the manager " Mandy" is not working. The roast beef was not weighted. There was not very much meat on the sandwich. The dinning area is always needs clean. I could only find one table that looked halfway clean. They weren't busy either.

  Customer service is non existent in this place. Told me had to wait on order when going through drive-thru. Waited 10min. They forgot a sandwich. Went back in. No one at counter. Waited 5min and had to yell at someone to acknowledge me. Food was not hot, portions were lacking... Amazed this store is still open. Didn't even apologize for their mess up. Pathetic
