    Ordered stod and waited 20 minutes for food keep passing food out drive tru window. I ask about my food and three people in the back was completely rude to me not how you should deal with customers. Dark haired lady with glasses tattoos on for arms

    We just bought two tender meals and some mozzarella sticks and they gave us overcooked old food, like that’s absolutely disgusting they gave us dried out food and the person the speaker was a terrible angst sounding person at 9:40 May 2nd

    Today, I ordered four meals and one sandwich for my family and myself, totaling $55. After arriving home (about 30 minutes away), we realized that one of the meals was missing. I called the restaurant, and was advised that they would write down my information, and a refund would be available this evening. I drove back to the restaurant (an hour round-trip) and was told that they “couldn’t do anything for me”. I told them what and when I ordered, and was told that it didn’t matter because there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating when the meal was nearly $15 and a family member was without lunch.
