  Ordered bone-in-wings got boneless that had light seasoning dryed out old. I don't have time to turn around and get it fixed so in the trash they go. Do Your Damn Job. Good thing you don't care.

  this was absolutely horrible i place an order and I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. I personally worked at Dairy Queen and I understand that the line of business how that works but it’s ignorant and disrespectful when I’ve watched multiple people come after me get their orders. I just find that something seriously wrong with their baggage claim service here because why me did I get here and it was empty and then started getting full and then now it’s empty again and it’s been 45 minutes. I placed my order at 12 but it’s 49 and he says oh we only have 15 more minutes. Well if I don’t get my food it’s not funny

  The workers here never seem to get orders right, please check you're order before you leave. Never trust the employees to do there job right!

  Made an order a week or so ago , ordered it on the app so it can be ready when I get there the order wasnt ready, the 3 guys in the back were working hard to get orders filled understandable . The girl in the front counter asked my name , said order wasnt ready... again understandable . Another younger gentleman comes over and orders this girl and the counter and this customer were at the counter flirting for over 15/20 mins while me and 3 other customers were waiting while the 3 guys in the back were working and one had to tap her shoulder and tell her to get it moving ... she asked my name again and couldnt find it , asked again and finally found it . I made a complaint online and someone called next day , the guy said he was the manager and asked what they could do to fix the issue , he offered a refund and said he was gonna talk to female cashier . I never got a call back about the refund and never received it . The food sucked and service sucked ... main reason why I never came back after they opened and now why I will never return . I may be just one customer but this place is TERRIBLE ! Both in service and food.

  Yet again, disappointed by this location. Ordered for delivery, food arrived completely cold, the sauce spilled in the bag before it was even picked up by the driver and soaked through (probably ended up all over his car seat). I should have known better than ordering from this location as we have been disappointed in the past. Stear clear.
