  My credit card was charged for someone else's order due to the cashier's carelessness. The manager did not know how to process a refund to my card and she couldn't have cared less. Now I have to dispute the charge on my card. The cashier who caused the mistake did not even apologize or even say Thank you. Why would I even consider returning with this level of incompetence and disregard for the paying customer?

  Got the large $10 pizza, pizza BARELY had the 5 toppings , hardly NO pepperoni, got 8 pieces of wings, was dry,hardly no BBQ then the guy forgot to give me my wings when I went through the drivethur, half way home had to turn around to pick up the wings. Im so done with this place. I use to love this place,but now it really sucks.

  Took forever for someone to come take our order. She was rude right from the get go. My husband ordered an Ultimate Chicago Tavern Style pizza, she said it didn't exist and he showed her on the menu where it was. The employee asked us what was on it. So my husband sat there and read the description to her and she said oh an ultimate with an attitude. She said it'd be ready in 10 minutes so we went to the store next door. Shopper a little and came back in 15 minutes later. My husband sat there for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to acknowledge him so we could get our pizza. Then it wasn't ready. That was 25 mins after the 10 mins she told us it'd be done. He came back to the car and waited another 15 mins until it was finally done.
