  10:33 pm in the drive through is when I placed my order. I didn’t get my food until 40 minutes later.. For it to be cold is horrific. Wont ever be back here. If I want mcdonald’s that bad i’ll just go to boardman mcdonalds…

  Ordered my food. Stood two feet the counter the woman never called out a number so when she set the food down I assumed it was a door dash. She stood there talking with some costumers who were obviously her friends. About five minutes later she goes to them isn't this your order they say no I ask what number it is and she says my number I say it's mine I was listening for the number because I thought y'all called out the number. She goes well you have to actually listen for the number we did call it out. Ma'am I was two feet away able to listen to your entire stupid conversation with your friends. I wouldve heard if you said my number. I used to go to this location all the time because it's a four minute walk from my home but the last four or five times I've been there when it's the women working they've been major jerks.

  The employees here will ignore you and give you the run-around any time you need help with something. I came to pick up an order that someone had stolen off the shelf already. The employees refused to check if they had my order and kept telling me to just wait. I tried going through the drive through so I could talk to someone. They cut me off mid-sentence and told me I had to come inside to pick up the order. They then tried to give me 2 other people's orders instead after I waited 10 more minutes, and when I asked if they could check if the order had already been made they said that it wasn't possible. That there was nothing they could do. Don't order pickup here.. someone will steal your food and then the employees will just shrug it off and ignore you.
