  This got to be the worst laziest McDonald’s around. Thanks for not putting half my order in the bag because you didn’t feel like making it.

  It was completely awful, waited over 30 minutes for my order. The service there was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds.

  Went at 1050pm and ot was fairly busy. The food was not fresh and it was cold and the burger was burnt. I ordered a sprite and it was warm and flat. Money wasted

  The employees were literally in there yelling at each other and arguing about how they not doing nothing. I stood there 10 minutes for 1 manager Cassidy to come and cash me out for a large sweet tea. The assistant was bagging up food looked at me and continued bagging up orders. Not once instructing anyone to cash out my kiosk order. Another employee clocked out stating that I'm not doing nothing else I'm leaving 30 minutes early. The only person I can thank was Cassidy because she was dropping fries. Bagging drive thru taking orders out and still made time to cash me out and bring my tea. Or id probably still be standing there.

  Manager at the window was a complete witch. Forced me to take the receipt (I don't take receipts unless I purchase an electronic) although it was an online order, which a POP is not necessary if there was any discrepancy - which I had missing items, but wasn't dealing with that manager again. Rather miss an item over talking with her again. Feel bad for the regular workers. They were overly nice, which is easy to figure out why. Have to walk on eggshells with Ms Arrogant being in control of things. SMH
