  I went to this McDonald's this morning at 8:30 for a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel. I ordered at the menu board and pulled around to the first window very quickly. I paid and then quickly moved up to the second window. It was at this time I realized they had sent every car to park and wait for order. Sure enough, when I got to the window, they told me I needed to park in space 0 (The one before the sign). The ran out of spaces with signs to put cars in. I had to wait 12 minutes from the time I paid to the time I received my order. I am not sure what was happening inside the kitchen, but they parked all the cars I saw behind me in line too. When they did finally bring my food out to my car and they did offer an apology for the excessive wait time. Just was given a cheerful here's your order. I do not think I will be returning to this McDonald's location any time soon. *Note for the McDonald's "owner" not AI bot writing the response. I have read many of your responses to complaints before mine. Maybe offer a token apology before directing me to a generic feedback link that I am sure you review carefully.

  Drive thru has 4 cars for each lane for 10 minutes no one was at the speaker to take anyone’s order and we were all honking then every persons order was wrong I had to go back as my drink was wrong and waited 10 more minutes for a new drink - hot mess !!!
