  Ordered a double wrap burrito off door dash. Got a bowl with a receipt stuck to it that said "double wrap burrito"... Guess they wrap their burritos with cardboard now? Either way, not even remotely close to what I ordered, so if I could give 0 stars I would...

  If you really want Chipotle, pick a different location; stay away from this one. I tried to give them the benefit, but the same issues time after time is a pattern. I've been here a few times now and the employees always seem to be in a foul mood. They seem annoyed that you're even there and a rabid mongoose would probably be more "friendly". The food line looks like it's been the same food since they opened and the queso looked like it was two steps away from being a science experiment (I wish I was joking). On top of that, the food was barely body temperature and they apparently don't want you eating at the restaurant (instantly package up your food to go without asking). I know the one in Niles is a little out of the way for some, but at least that location isn't a train wreck.

  I was in tonight 4-19-26 around 7pm. The guy on the line (building the orders) was the rudest person I've ever come across in a "customer service setting" didn't say a single word, mean face the whole time, zero interaction with guests. Made everyone feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was going to order more food, but just wanted to get out of there. This property needs corporate training to step in! Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Get a new job and grow up!

  Today this store has cancelled my order with door dash twice. And when asked to remake it, they claim a driver took it already. So let me get this straight, a order was taken not just once, but twice by two different drivers? Your store is pathetic.

  First time in this Chipotle. Great food as always. Very clean. Pretty easy to get into the parking lot. One way in...one way out
