  Had an online order, portion size was small and they put an open cup of queso in the bag, whiched leaked through the bag and got on my car seat and all over the packaging of the food, attempted to resolve it with the ai on the app, and it ended the conversation twice. Would not recommend!!!

  Went to the store at 1:00 pm on Sunday July 5th, the doors were locked all employees look at the couple customers standing outside and didn't even acknowledge us. This place has the worse service. Employees always act like we are bothering them. Now they just lock the doors.

  The last two times I have gotten tacos with corn tortillas because I have celiacs and twice I have gotten flour tortillas. When I went back the first time to have it remade they ask if they could just give me the shells and put the food inside the shell into the new ones. HUGE RED FLAG FOR CELIACS. I then called customer service and they couldn’t even refund me my food but only give me a coupon. Definitely will not be coming back, this place sucks.

  I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is garbage, I’ll never order here again because this has happened 3 times now. I put on the app a normal portion of rice and chicken and the whole burrito was only rice and queso. This has happened multiple times. There’s one lady in the drive thru that is always nice but whoever they have making these burritos needs fired. I love chipotle but I will never come here again.

  My sister and I came in yesterday 6/11 around 4:15 PM. We ordered on the line and The service and food were both exceptional. They were so sweet and the food was some of the best chipotle I’ve had in a long time. My sister and I walked past the drinks on our way out and regretted not ordering a lemonade and berry agua fresca, but we knew we had to place an online order so we decided to place that and add the drinks to it. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted and given our order and the girl asked what drinks we wanted. We told her the lemonade and the berry agua fresca. She went to get the drinks and came back to tell us that both of those were empty, but here we are in the window sitting with our chipotle that we just got inside in our laps, knowing that the jug dispensers were pretty much filled to the top. We look at each other confused because it’s obvious we were just inside and knew what was happening. She then looks at us and says that they’re filling them as we speak (but why wouldn’t you tell us this to begin with if they were already being filled). She came back not even two minutes later with both of the drinks we requested. The experience we had inside the restaurant was great however, the drive-through felt a little bit sketchy after that.
