  I attended bike night for the first time 7/23. The setup with the Harley Davidson dealership, the band and the food truck seemed really cool. However, getting food and being treated like a human being proved to be impossible. I ordered food that came with a ticket for a drink that I had to go to the bar to get. I walked to the side of the bar to get a soda pop. The bartenders completely ignored me until one of them snarkily said “if you want a drink get in line at the front of the bar”, like I was an idiot for not knowing. Mind you there were no signs or any other indication how the process worked. I could cope with the bar situation but what happened next was just not OK. The food truck checkout girl told us our two hamburgers and fries would be ready in 20 minutes. Starting at about 40 minutes I began checking in to see if it was ready. Finally after an 1 hour and 10 minutes they told me “your order fell through the cracks and we don’t know what you ordered”. They told me they were busy and it happens. We finally got our food 20 minutes later. The only apologies I received were “it happens” and “we are busy tonight” no other customer service offered. If you are going to bike night I recommend staying at Quaker Steak and Lube unless you feel like being treated like crap and not getting what paid for. It really spoiled a nice motorcycle ride and night with my son. The band they had was good, I’ll at least give them that but we didn’t get to enjoy it because we just wanted away from there as soon as possible.

  Tried to go here on a Sunday. Door says they open at noon, google says 2pm, website says closed. They should probably tried and solidify their times with all available sources.

  Worth the drive through the Quaker Steak and Lube parking lot. Better food, better prices, better atmosphere. New stop on my way through Austintown!
