    I got the new cheesesteak and it was almost frozen.. the service was HORRIBLE they treated us so bad .. we ordered a large combo and got small drinks.. 35 dollars for a cold sandwich and a small drink WORST PLACE TO GO IN THE AREA BY FAR

    20 minutes at the drive thru seems a little excessive. Very slow service. And that’s the norm - not the exception. They can’t even take an order and fill an order at the same time. Faster to drive to a different Arby’s.
