  lol it's a McDonald's.. not sure how people are expecting amazing gourmet food to pop out in 6 seconds but seems a little delusional, it's no body fault but their own they won't go somewhere that is offered (because they don't wanna spend that kind of $ but expect that kind of service)

  Not the best location. Lunch throughout the week is tolerable. Dinner or late night, not so much. Always feels like I'm causing the workers a problem. Some drive thru lines will take orders on one side, and they won't even acknowledge the speaker you are at. If you ever had the pleasure of using Archie, that should be brought back.

  Absolutely disgusting behavior!!!! Every single day occurrence! I go to work early so around 415-430am I’ll stop for a sandwich and coffee. Yet AGAIN this morning I pull up with my mobile order and get told at the speaker rudely “we are not taking orders” I ask why and they state short staffed. There’s a worker outside smoking, and visually see three workers inside. I pull around and speak to “Danielle” the manager who one looks to be on some kind of drug and two very rude and horrible customer service. I ask her why she isn’t taking orders and why this is an everyday occurrence. She stated that she won’t take orders until 5am. When shift change happens. I stated so you just think it’s ok to stop taking orders at a 24hr business because you just don’t want to? I explained to her how this is an everyday occurrence. She tried to tell me it’s not, she said well I’m doing no the best I can and you can tell corporate that. She said she won’t be taking any orders until 5am shift change comes in and they can help customers because she has worked all night. I explained to her that is what makes your labor high and sales plummet. She wasn’t happy with me but it’s so frustrating that the only restaurant in town won’t even serve you. A simple sandwich and drink. Add to note I hate that google only allows one review.

  When you place a mobile order on the app at 10:15 AM for breakfast and in the app, it says McDonald’s is preparing your order and then when you pull up at 10:29 to pick up your order through the drive-through, they say they can’t make it even if you already paid for it. I drove 13 minutes to get there Gas prices right now are ridiculous. Don’t order breakfast here. They told me they weren’t even preparing it. I always have issues at this McDonald’s worst one ever

  Close it. Just stop it all. Doesn’t matter what time you go they get 1 order out every 15 mins and that’s being generous. Workers are lazy and rude, and when you wait an hour in a 3 car line the food still ends up colder than stones. One of the worst McDonald’s you can go to. I’d rather go to east Dayton on elm and they had bedbugs in their ice cream machines, that is not a lie.
