  Terrible. They NEVER have anything. It’s 6:41pm as I type this and they don’t have ANY meat. After waiting 20 mins in line for them to help 6 maybe 7 people they inform the room full of people that’s it’s gonna be another 10 minutes for chicken. Who ever manages this store should feel ASHAMED because this place is pathetic.

  I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is the THIRD time we have come here recently (well, tried) only to walk right back out because of the LIST of ingredients they are out of. Always inconsistent, always dirty, poor service, and please tell me how you are out of chips, white rice sour cream, cheese? Wait on the chicken when you have one person in line at 7PM? Not to mention my previous online order that I had to literally argue with customer service to get my money back when I showed up for my pick up order that said it was completed, only to find it had just been started and they were out of over half the ingredients. Avoid this location at all costs. Better yet, why doesn't ops management figure out the supply issues and why this one can't run as consistently as almost ANY other Chipotle location.

  The Xenia location is an absolute joke. I didn’t post a comment the first, second, or thirtieth time but….whether it’s “we’re out out of lettuce, meat, beans, etc.” or my personal favorite lately (30 Sept 26), “due to short staffing, we’re only accepting online orders” this specific location is at best 50/50 to get the very bare minimum and with that sub par service. I’ve tried to support the City of Xenia’s business but….actively making it a 5 out of 10 experience makes it more worth the drive to Beavercreek, this is really disappointing… I have no doubt we will see this location posted on WHIO as a another location closing…. Really sad

  I was warned by many, “Never go to Xenia chipotle!!” But it’d been a long day, I was hungry after work and it was the only chipotle I passed on my way home… So I decided, “what’s the worst that happens?” LET ME TELL YOU!! I mobile ordered and said “pick up for Blake” I get handed a bag, a seamless transaction! I then get into the car and what am I met with!? Legitimately only half of the toppings I ordered were on that bowl, no head up by employees or anything. I go back inside and inquire as to why? They said “we’re out” then did absolutely nothing else to make it right 😭 I would rather starve than go to Xenia chipotle again!

  ​Easily the single worst Chipotle in the entire United States. ​The sheer level of incompetence at this location is breathtaking. Over four separate visits, this store has been completely out of the most fundamental ingredients. You have roughly ten core ingredients on the line, and you’re telling me you are out of cheese at 5:00 PM on a weekday? That isn't a supply chain issue; it’s an embarrassing failure of basic inventory management. ​The lobby is a total disaster. The line is legitimately stretched out the front door, with customers actively turning around and walking out after realizing the line hasn't moved in ten minutes. Why? Because management routinely schedules three exhausted employees to handle the entire dinner rush of Xenia. ​If you lack the staffing or capacity to serve the people standing in your store, turn off the online orders. Sacrificing your lobby to accommodate a digital queue you can’t keep up with is destroying your business. ​If someone opened a Hot Head Burrito right next door, this location would go under in a month. Absolute negligence from management top-to-bottom. Do better, or shut the doors.
