    Went through the drive up, there were two lanes, cool, must be a popular shop. I went up to the lane closest to the building, there was a car in the outer lane. I could hear them chatting while I was sweltering without any evidence that they knew I was there. 40 seconds later, I left. Huge fail.

    Waited 15 minutes for food. Finished our drinks waiting in the drive thru and asked for a refill. Employee told us the Manager said we have to come inside ourselves to get our refill. Would give a 0 star for friendliness and professionalism if possible.
