  Been a long time since I've had their pizza, maybe 8 years. Used to be really good. Figured I'd give it a try, but what a mistake. It was cold, most of the pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box and after having to scrape the slice apart from the box with a spatula, i picked up a slice and it completely crumbled and fell apart, no exaggeration, the slices fell into pieces with the slightest touch. It looked like it had been through a car crash. Pieces of the crust were broken off and spread throughout the box. The only thing I can say is that the marina and garlic sauce cups were the only things that made it bearable. The cheesy garlic bread was cold, but seemed like the flavor could have been there, had it been fresh or at least hot.. I know it wasn't because of the delivery person either, the tracker showed that she made great time and she was an absolute sweetheart. But now I know never to make this mistake again. Definitely will not be returning for business. Starting to understand why their parking lot is almost always empty.

  I went in today to pick up a pizza in store today. When i got inside the building the Manager on duty (no idea if he is the GM or shift supervisor) was arguing with a Door Dasher. They were arguing about an order from yesterday. The driver was not able to deliver the second order for a reason i did not hear after walking in. The manager was stating that he needed to bring back the order he was unable to deliver. I somewhat understand this but at the same point it is was against the Health Code to take back any food that was already given out to a customer. This really make me concerned about the freshness of the pizza, whether the pizza i ordered was previously handed out to a potential customer before me receiving my order. Not to mention the was the manager was talking to the dasher (someone who does not work for them) really set a bad experience for me. This was unacceptable behavior for a manager of any status.

  Rude staff nasty bathrooms order was supposed be ready at 3:15 was told it hasn't been started yet no time estimate nothing

  suggest not ordering here when you order They either deliver it from the wrong store or just go to the completely wrong address and leave it there and wouldn’t offer a refund
