The pizzas we ordered looked exactly like they did in the old days, with that breadstick crust!! The lady at the store was by herself but helped us with a smile. I didn't get her name but she has green hair and piercings. Thank you Papa Johns!!

It was supposed to be a Mushroom in pepperoni. They also forgot my sauces. All of them, I called in talked to the woman manager, and the manager was extremely rude. Telling me that (it doesn't matter what you put in) on her end It came out that so she could not help me with anything. She started to get snarky with me and then hung up. We'll never be ordering here again. And I will be telling people to stay away

Will never again order from this store !!

My husband and I will definitely be going back because we love Papa John's pizza but this customer service was inexcusable and unacceptable. I stood there for five minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee.
