- EPEd ParcellMay 3, 20261.0My wife and I was very disappointed in service and the food ,,, I ordered wings bone in the smallest wings I've ever received and were over cooked dry and old grease cooked in ,frys where over cooked stiff and dry ,, wife ordered cheesy steak is was burnt tasting ,, the waitress was slow didn't bring us napkins had too ask twice for napkins had to ask for refill ,, never came back to check on us or to get credit card after we said we where done walked by us twice ,, very disappointed to pay top dollar for wings they specialize in was the worst I've ever had ,,,

So ridiculous and a waste of money. Won’t be back here

I ordered from the Wooster location and her name was Gracie. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because the online ordering system is kind of ridiculous so again tonight I had to wait 30 minutes past the time in which I was told to be there and my food would be ready before it actually came out. I realized the restaurant is busy but this is getting ridiculous and is happening every time. I know the one time that I just show up half an hour late, is the one time my food will be ready the online ordering system actually says it is going to be ready
