I waited in Reserve 3 for approx 7 minutes, thought was getting hot fries they were underdone. The Big Arch was absolute trash. I loved it from another store in Mayfield Hts. I was hungry I ate that much.

I kept repeating 10 piece, chicken nugget almost 10 times and still got my order wrong. And the worst part the chicken nuggets and the fries were so stale. Literally, hard as a rock.
