  Went here today ordered two bowls online with two meats chicken & steak double meat. Pick it up and realize they had added extra sides which I didn't order okay. Got home open up the bowls one had corn and steak no chicken at all and the other had literally no steak and no chicken as well. This is ridiculous I'm letting everyone know if you order online check your food before hand. Paid full price for food and didn't get it.

  This is by FAR, the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I'm upset at myself for even coming here again. I knew it was gonna upset me. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, no food, workers just standing around talking, using profanity out loud, this will for sure be my last time in this establishment until serious changes happen. Maybe they should just close because this has been forever. This last time was just soooo bad. They didn't even have the right bags to put the food in. The environment wasn't clean, like who is running this place. Just want to inform anyone in the Woodmere area, save your frustration and drive to Warrensville, which sounds crazy to say. Why would there be no food and still taking temperatures at 4:30 in the afternoon. I walked in and had to wait to be helped with like 6 people standing in the back and a few just doing nothing but standing around complaining.

  Compared to the service a year ago, much has changed, all of the workers were polite dont get me wrong, well seasoned food, and a majority of topping options still available, despite a few being low. However the meat serving was lacking, less than half a cup, for more I was told it was a double serving? It's concerning to know chipotle made their meat portions "larger", only to get less than I had gotten before... 24$ for 2 bowls? And an extra 3.45 for another toddler sized scoop of chicken, just to get 1 portion of meat? I heard a few people in line mention the same issue.. Much different from the Chipotle I remember growing up.

  I see why this location has such a poor rating. The posted hours say they close at 10pm. I arrived at 7:25 PM and there were people standing outside but very few inside. Doors were locked. They decided to close early but gave no explanation and had a bit of an attitude that we questioned why. Last week we ordered lunch for our entire crew and most of the order was incorrect and when we requested the correction, we were met with attitude. Food was cold and soggy. Worst location I've been to and I travel 100% for work so I've been to many. My work is 100% travel.
