- NNNajaSep 13, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. First, guacamole was not available, which was frustrating because it is an item I specifically wanted with my meal. On top of that, there were no clean tables available for customers to sit and eat. The tables were not cleaned off, which made the dining area feel neglected and unwelcoming. Another major concern was a man who appeared to not be purchasing food but was wandering around the restaurant, talking and yelling to himself. He repeatedly went to refill his drink and was also slamming the Chipotle bathroom door, which made the environment uncomfortable and disruptive for customers who were simply trying to eat. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that things happen, but customers should still be able to expect basic cleanliness, a reasonably comfortable dining environment, and the menu items they are paying for to be available when possible. Overall, this was not the experience I expect when dining at Chipotle. I hope management addresses the cleanliness of the dining area and does a better job maintaining a comfortable environment for paying customers.

Der Mann am Tresen war nett, aber irgendwie wirkten alle leicht missmutig. Der Innenraum war furchtbar. Schmutzig, der Müll quoll über, Tische mit Müll bedeckt und verschmiert. Die Getränke funktionierten nicht, oder sollten nicht funktionieren. Genau war das nicht zu erfahren. Schade, aber geschmeckt hat es trotzdem.
